TERMS OF USE

PixelCart is provided free of charge under the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with these terms.

Your files. PixelCart plays game files. Apart from the free open-source homebrew listed in the app, it contains no games and does not provide, sell or download games. You may only load files you own or have the right to use. You are solely responsible for the files you add and for complying with copyright law where you live.

Open source. PixelCart's source code and the included cores and homebrew are distributed under their own licenses (GPL-2.0, GPL-3.0, MPL-2.0, MIT, SIL OFL), shown in the app. The complete corresponding source code is provided free of charge on request to nguyenthienvinh247@gmail.com.

No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Trademarks. PixelCart is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any console maker. System names in the app are generic descriptions.
